I’m Arjun Roy, and I’m obsessed with the point where massive scale meets human
intuition.
My career has been a bit of a balancing act: I’ve spent half my days untangling the
rigid,
mission-critical workflows and the other half figuring out what clarity looks like for
millions of players at Activision (Call of Duty).
My background is a mix of high-stakes B2C and B2B,
which has taught me one vital thing: the more complex the system, the more human the
design needs to be. I take pride in helping build products that are strategic, scalable,
and above all else — feel like second nature to use.
Every interaction is part of a larger behavioral loop. I design for second-order effects, not just first clicks.

Data signals what is happening; observation reveals why. I use metrics to identify problems and qualitative research to solve them.
Metrics validate, they don't dictate. I balance analytics with ethnographic observation.
